Pilger Title Co. has been in business since 2011 and is owned by David B. Pilger.  Mr. Pilger is an attorney who has been practicing in the area of real estate for over 16 years. Pilger Title Co. has three attorneys on staff, David B. Pilger, Taylor A. Pilger and Terri Brown.  Pilger Title Co.’s staff is very experienced in real estate closings and have closed thousands of transactions through its ten locations in South Mississippi.  Pilger Title Co. is ALTA certified under its “Best Practices” guidelines and strives to give high quality and professional service as well as forming great relationships with our clients and business partners.

David B. Pilger is a member of the Jackson County Bar Association. He graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003 and has a Business Management degree from the University of South Alabama. David Pilger played basketball at Faulker State Community College.

Taylor A. Pilger is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Alabama. Taylor is a member of the Jackson County Bar Association and the Land Title Association of Mississippi, serving on the Education Committee. Taylor graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2020 ranked first in her class. Taylor has a Communication degree with an emphasis in Public Relations from Mississippi State University where she was a member of the Epsilon Eta chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Taylor currently lives in Ocean Springs and is an active member of the community.
